 Our weekend was recording breaking 

busy. We had 3 birthdays to celebrate & attended our church's annual Christmas spectacular. Which was very spectacular by the way. We loved it. We always do.

Dance recital Sunday. I wasn't sure how she would handle the stage. Would she freeze up or own the place?

To my surprise she dazzled & sparkled! I was a proud dance momma.

Snow Much Fun

 Kids city wide rejoiced, & embraced 

This beautiful white fluff today. My household certainly celebrated. We ate & snacked till our hearts were content. Played in the bitter temps till our fingers became numb. We quickly warmed up with some hot chocolate & a family flick. We loved having daddy home and no schedule. What a beautiful blessing!

Poor, Pitiful, Blog

Life with 2 kids is busy! My day revolves around their Schedules & in between that I have a household to run. 

 

My darling Claire is growing up and I wish I could make it stop..she's become quite opionated & if I'm honest sass, sass out of control. It lands her in trouble.  But she is certainly a sweet spirit. She recently donated about 15 bucks out of her piggy bank for children's cancer research, all on her own. Made me tear up some. She's making straight A's. Telling time and everything. Can't believe how independent she's becoming. 

  This girl is also growing too quick. She's 2 1/2. So energetic & outgoing, & oh my word so sweet. Every day she manages to somehow blow my mind. Smart as can be. In awe of Disney princess movies tangled being her true love. She loves her nails painted, & must always have a purse or an accessory of some sort. She's the pickiest eater, it wears this momma out. Spaghetti usually is a home run.

Summers End!

All good things come to an end! 

That includes summer.

Every year at this time my emotions are all over, I'm sad, I'm happy, I worry & Im joyful! Sending our sweet, yet so ornery Claire off to school is tough! I miss the toot. She will be in 2nd grade, & I can't believe it. She's 7 & doing so many things that 

Amaze me. Her uniqueness makes her stand out. She's into bugs & creatures. Taking in every little thing that's out their. Stopping to pick a beautiful flower, or a random feather blowing in the breeze. A rock that catches her eye, or even a small piece of trash seems to be a treasure in some way. Bugs of all sorts. Always calm & not afraid to be who she is. I am so blessed by this earthy child.
